9:00 - 9:30 AM - Intro, pics, split into Team Sky / Team Kay
9:30 - 10:00 AM - Ice breaker game, warm ups
10:00 - 11:00 AM - Technique Session 1
11:00 - 11:30 AM - Review in pods, 15 - 30 mins
11:30 - 12:30 PM - Dual, match 1
12:30 - 1:30 PM - Lunch provided, ham/turkey sandwiches, assorted chips, granola bars, and bottled water
1:30 - 2:00 PM - Games, warm ups
2:00 - 2:30 PM - Talk session / mindset
2:30 - 3:30 PM - Technique Session 2
3:30 - 4:00 PM - Review in pods, 15 - 30 mins
4:00 - 5:00 PM - Dual, match 2
5:00 - 5:30 PM - Review of ALL moves, Q & A
5:30 - 6:00 PM - Wrap up, after pics, move to auditorium for Seminar
6:00 - 7:00 PM - Skylar Grote Wrestling Seminar - @ SCC auditorium
