Registration is now open for our 10-week Functional Fitness program beginning in June.

This small group training (only 5 athletes per group) is designed to ensure maximum results through personalized coaching.

Five different exercise protocols will be utilized providing variation throughout each training session. Areas of concentration will include:

STRENGTH & ENDURANCE FOR UPPER/LOWER BODY AND CORE | CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS | PLYOMETRICS FOR EXPLOSIVE POWER | SPEED AND AGILITY | BALANCE AND COORDINATION

Each training session will be compromised of segments focusing on the core areas listed above along with a warm-up and cool down. Training techniques will vary throughout the program utilizing methods such as:

SETS AND REPS | TABATA | EMOM (EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE) | LADDER PROGRESSIONS | AMRAP (AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE)
